Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

20 hours a week term time only (38 weeks per year)

Permanent 

Grade 2 spine point 1 £17,842 (pro rata) / £9.25 per hour

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, highly organised and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for administration! You will work under the direction of our Administration Officer, and work alongside the rest of our team who are hardworking, friendly and supportive.

Committed, flexible and reliable, you should have good administrative experience and be IT literate. Your interpersonal skills will be excellent, and you must be able to work under pressure. Confidentiality is a must, as is a good level of numeracy and literacy.

We are part of the All Saints Schools Trust who are a group of 10 successful schools sharing expertise and resources to provide excellent teaching and learning. This powerful collaboration provides excellent continued professional development and career prospects.
